I attended my first game at WB in 1971 with a friend and fell in love with the stadium and fans. I have attended quite a number of games over the years since that time with friends and relatives (although my total game attendance would pale in comparison to many on this board).
Some of my friends and family members that I attended game with when I lived in Greenville have passed away and it makes me so sad when I think that I can't stop by and see them before or after the game. Thank goodness my friends that I currently attend games with are in good health.
But, anyway when I attend a game at WB I always get a warm fuzzy feeling that I am with family in a sense that all of the Carolina fans in the stadium are ONE BIG HAPPY FAMILY.
How about you? Do you feel a closeness to the fans at WB even though you don't know the vast majority personally?
