Shane Beamer's team has mostly been the beneficiary of the transfer portal, especially over the past month without any major departures. Lamont Paris has not been so fortunate since he got to town. Both teams have seen the positives and negatives of the portal, but the basketball program is continuing to fill spots after its main starting five all left.
