I read somewhere that he's coming back. Huge, he was definitely our best LB this season and losing him early really hurt our run defense. Why isn't anyone talking about this? Did I miss the thread?

Greene has been with the program for 5 seasons but has seen the last 2 cut short by injuries, with his 2020 season hampered by a hip injury that saw him only play once. On Thursday, though, he announced his intentions to return to the Gamecocks for a 6th season in 2022.
