I thought I had this resolved but now it's giving me problems. I stream through YouTube TV and I have the ESPN app but it's telling me all of a sudden that I need 2 subscribe to ESPN+ to get tonight's game. This is work before so I don't know what's different all of a sudden. Can anyone help?

I have tried everything I know to try but it appears I am going to have to pay the $6.99 for tonight.
I can watch all kind of games but not ours. This sucks when I am paying nearly 200 bucks a month for cable, and I have two smart TV's, Firestick, Amazon. I am pissed.

I am told that you can watch SECN+ which will have the game just with your TV provider credentials. I am not taking any chances since we will have friends over tonight and paid the $6.99 for one month.

I could have probably gotten it for free via my Spectrum cable account and the SEC Channel, but I went ahead and paid the $6.99 for the ESPN+ stream, just so there would be less drama.

Sometimes you can scroll down to the channels catigory and click on SEC Network+. The game should be there and not listed as espn+.

Exactly was I was talking about. In many cases it has to accessed this way. If you try to get in under ESPN+ you have to have a subscription. The first thing today on SEC+ is Kentucky Halftime Band show. Then the Arkansas game at 2. It will be a good test to see if it is working.

Here are the steps to access the SEC+ Network:
1) Download the ESPN app.
2) On the main screen, login to your local provider.
3) If you have Direct TV or Direct TV Stream, continue logging in to AT&T.
4) On the main menu screen, scroll all the way down until your see the list of network icons.
5) Click on the SEC+ icon and you will able to watch whatever game is being broadcasted now.
6) The USC vs EIU game has its own program icon. Of course, don't click it until it is 7:00 PM.

ESPN is finding ways to nickel and dime the f%#* out of people in the streaming department.
This year I upgraded my HULU. But in years past I bummed off a relatives ESPN to watch Carolina games. If game wasn’t in one of the ESPN channels I just didn’t watch the game. Not that it was a huge miss during the Mushamp era.

I don’t like ESPN but it’s kind of easy to understand why they are having to nickel and dime when 90% of us are bumming off of relatives like you did. 🤣

1. Select ESPN APP
2. Scroll to your Top Right Menu Option
Browse
3. Scroll Down to the CHANNELS Row
4. Select the SEC Plus Channel

The Website reads ESPN+, and SEC+
I think and I'm hoping the ESPN+ is for Viewers like Illinois Who may not have a SEC Network Access.

Since it reads SEC+ We should be able to watch the Game by following the steps above.
But Hey, ESPN may Black Out the Game to force Viewers to get a Subscription to ESPN+.
In this case I will listen on the Radio, App Tune In.

I am not going to pay an Extra $6 or $7 a month Subscription to watch 1 Game.
I hope this Help

In ESPN+ (via the ESPN app) it's also listed under "Live & Upcoming", though you have to scroll really far to the right to find it. I noticed all the ESPN3 games can be viewed as well with just the ESPN+ subscription.
