In looking at his team, he starts 3 Sr / 3 Jr on O & 8 (EIGHT) Sr on D.

Is this just the result of a Jr/Sr laden team?
Will he resemble a typical Memphis team next year?
Will he be the commodity next year that he is this year?
Is this just his time to strike...Buyer Beware?

What is more important is what his 2 deep roster looks like. Also, since he was hired in 2011, all of these players are his recruits which is a testament to his team building ability. It doesn't really matter though, as he will not be a possibility to be hired here anyway.

And the majority of all of those recruits were 2 star players that he has developed to play.
