Ray Tanner is not going to fire Chad Holbrook after this season...GET OVER IT...My guess is he will get another 2 years to go with staff changes to help Toman out
You may be right...we can all hope...but remember Chad Holbrook is his guy...If he fires his silly assistants and hires some baseball competency he might get a few more years
It is not illogical nor unfair to seriously consider how long Holbrook should remain as the head coach. The team's overall performance over the past 4+ seasons has been underwhelming considering all the talent that we have. In the military, if the soldiers under perform, the commanding officer is held accountable - period. And let's stop bringing up the 2010 team as an example of a team that rebounded from early season woes only to end up winning the championship. The players on that 2010 team (and 2011 as well) were unique in that they delivered in the biggest games by "winning any way". Through 12 games, it appears that our 2017 team doesn't have the same pedigree as those players. Because the program has not and is not moving in an upward direction, something needs to be done ... with the head coach.
Looks like chad will be allowed to drag the program down just like Spurrier. After Chad gets a few more years it will take decades to build back the program. No amount of tree planting will help
