I turned the game off before the first half was over and never even thought about turning it back on. I had my daughter this weekend so I just let her turn on some cartoons, fixed us lunch then went to the movies and took her to Dave and Busters instead of sweating that mess of a game. It felt good getting away from it and while I normally will watch every second the Gamecocks, today I do not feel guilty for giving up on a game we never had a chance in. I am in a better mood for it- there was simply nothing we could do to bring me pleasure or entertainment after that first quarter.
