year and he said some players complained that to him that some players just simply quit during the game...

If true, how in the hell you can just quit against your rival???

I hope those players are not coming back... We don't need players who quit during the game...

That says to me that we have a ways to go so that there is competition in all positions. The starters need to be pushed to get better.

pathetic blocking, been that way all year long and Elliott hasn't done a thing to change it.

If we blocked like an real SEC line or like last season, Clemson wouldn't see the backfield and DT would have torched that defense for at least 50 points...

It wasn't just the clemson game. That's how the BOY has played the past 2 years. (Mainly last yr.) Look at the game tape from ANY game last year. The boy spent more time standing around watching the game than he did actually trying to block someone. Dude won't be in the league long. Doesn't matter how big you are when you play with no heart.

Another issue the O line has is playing till the whistle blows. They simply do not finish plays. That's on the coaching. Not every O linemen, but the majority of them quit before the whistle blows.

that play looks really bad but maybe he thought it was supposed to be a draw to his inside.

Fair enough, but what about the second time when the guy was still in hot pursuit of DT?

FWIW, one of those friend of a friend things. My best friend's co-worker's

son is a walk-on and he said after the Clemson game that Spurrier lit into the team like he's never heard and he said there were a number of guys who if they did 't come back it wouldn't hurt his feelings. So yes, Spurrier called out players for quitting that game and more.

I thought we had the attitude problems licked but I guess not.

This is why we should all be happy about the number of JUCOs picked up this year.

Robinson has been hardly serviceable for the past couple of years. I laughed when some said he was leaving early after last year. He's pretty much been a joke.

Well, that's what I thought...

It's time for Spring Practice to be more than Spring Practice... Separate the players who want to play and win vs other who just show up do nothing...

Just like students being put on "academic probation" because of low grades.

Aren't FB players "graded" by the staff after each game? The coaching staff should label a bench, "Probation", paint it yellow and place it behind the other benches and when the players grades become "failing" (especially when it comes to effort) - have them sit on it during games, while others who are giving 100% - play in the game and sit on the other benches.

.

There's a few that has always blocked pathetic like that video. Makes me wonder why in the world hasn't Elliott stepped up, started someone else. Anything is better then that performance, heck start a receiver at lineman, at least they might be able to get in the way of a rush, hahahahha.

Lets all remember that Corey Robinson was at best a 2 star recruit in high school. Ability isn't all that make players good or not so good. The want to succeed and work hard also factor in not only in football but anything else. I have to fault Elliott very much for not getting more out of this player, at least making him hustle. Should have been benched many a game.
