As a Christian myself, I find this to be the dumbest thread. It's out if place on FGF. Other Rivals sites have other forums separate from their sports forum to discuss just about any topic. That is what the mods for our site should do. Scripture quoting, using Bible-like speech, and confrontation of those who are not Christian, doesn't make becoming one remotely appealing. I recognize it because I use to act the same way. Tellng a non-believer, "I'll pray for you", does nothing but push them further away. Do pray for them as well as anyone you encounter, but there's no need to make the statement that you will do so. It's condescending. Just show them respect, and be available to do whatever God puts before you. If that means you develop a relationship going forward, great. If not, then it's highly unlikely that scripture quotes and references on a sports forum are going to change anything for anybody.
