It's total bs. We now know that we should schedule the toughest games possible, who cares about wins, and have our coach get suspended. That is the key to getting into the tourney.

Totally agree..he did not miss the games because he was on FMLA...and to give them extra consideration because he was missing just seems incredible inconsistent, even for the NCAA.

Exactly. Reason most of these teams are in over us is TV markets. Easy for the committee to justify keeping any team in or out since the target moves every year for what they are looking for.
