I was in error....he was just LSU's passing game coordinator.
I have no idea who "called plays at LSU". It does seem strange that he was hired as an NFL OC with no previous experience at OC. Which makes you wonder why Rhule hired him in the first place?

And for that matter....I wouldn't hire him at USC.
