Hello all and welcome into Williams-Brice Stadium for what should be a really great matchup between No. 24 South Carolina and No. 3 Georgia. Traffic is awful going in, which means it's a big game.

Georgia wins the toss and defers. South Carolina gets the ball first.
Observations: Crosby the starting tight end, Deebo Shi, Edwards on the field and the tempo starts after a 7-yard gain. Georgia gets PI and it moves things up on third down. Dowdle in the game but split out wide for a five-wide look.
Bentley: pick six. Georgia 7, South Carolina 0. 14:13 1Q. Lots of pushing and shoving with words exchanged post interception.
Second USC drive they try to establish the run and get three yards on two plays and on third down Bentley checks down to Dowlde, who drops the ball.
Georgia's first drive they bust a 30-yard gain and Brunson whistled with a late hit out of bounds, and it was. Drilled the player, who was already on the ground. Then the next play is a Swift touchdown from 17-yards out.

Gamecocks up to midfield after back to back nice catches from Bryan Edwards and OrTre Smith. OrTre with another nice grab for a first down and Bentley throws the ball away on the next play. Solid UGA coverage.
Edwards gets four on second down. Edwards again on third down goes for 18 and then Deebo Samuel THROWS A TOUCHDOWN ON A REVERSE PASS TO EDWARDS.

First UGA play is a delay of game. Kobe Smith was jawing after the flag, pointing backwards. Georgia then cuts a Gamecock player in the secondary and the Dawgs get 12 on first down to get back to the original line of scrimmage. On third down and long Gamecocks get an interception. Huge.
Next drive Gamecocks can't really do anything, but the Gamecocks are going for it on 4th and 10 from their 38. Bentley fires incomplete, throwing into coverage to Samuel.
Georgia goes deep on the next play and Fenton flagged for PI. Got to the receiver too early. Bulldogs gash the Gamecocks up to the USC 34 and then Hollifield gets bottled up by Jaycee Horn. Keisean Nixon with another huge tackle in the open field to force a 3rd and 10. Williams with another tackle to force a 4th down and field goal attempt.
Blankenship on to kick and drills a 45-yard attempt. Georgia 17, South Carolina 7.
Gamecocks sputtering on offense and call a timeout with 16 seconds left in the quarter.

Coverage sack derails a Georgia drive, credited to Keir Thomas and TJ Brunson. Georgia will punt. Rolls into the end zone for a touchback. Sixty-two yard punt.
Gamecocks get back-to-back first down grabs, one coming from Rico Dowdle. Ty'Son Williams rips a nine-yard run after that and the Gamecocks cross midfield. Bentley on an RPO and finds Crosby for a big gain.

Ty'Son Williams bullies his way forward on second down for seven yards. Then catches a screen for a first down. Gamecock drive stalls inside the 10 yard line and White drills a 26-yarder.

Gamecocks on a two-minute drill and get a 17-yard completion from Dowdle. Bentley's ball is batted down after that. Wow, Deebo Samuel with a leaping grab and pushed out of bounds. Deebo then drops a ball over the middle that would have put the Gamecocks in UGA territory.
Bentley getting pressured and flips to Williams for a gain of five and Muschamp calls a timeout. Gamecocks can't get anything on third and punt.
Georgia driving now over midfield with 18 seconds left. Fromm gains seven and will try a field goal. South Carolina tries to ice Blankenship. He drills it to end the half.

Georgia marches out on its first drive and doesn't slow down with a 34-yard TD pass to Hardman with a Montac missed tackle.
