Why not? Would help with recruiting and would polish him for future asst coach or head coach. Apparently knows how to use and develop talent IMHO

Found some info on Jo Jo and didn't realized he coached the Championship game last night for Sumter...
But looking over this article, Jo Jo needs to spend some time coaching at this level... He lost to Spring Valley twice...
If anyone should be an asst. to Frank Martin, I say it should be Perry Dozier... But having PJ committing to Carolina may look bad... Better to have Perry in the HS coaching ranks along with his brother Terry to feed these players to Carolina and Jo Jo can do the same...
We need to establish a pipeline with former players as HS coaches in SC...

Yes...I agree,,,A good pipeline to Carolina would definitely help. Along with some scouting of players that they play against on the High School level too.
