No excuses. I could be falling down drunk and not an a$$hole. It's not OK or just part of the game to have someone cussing you and saying "F your daughter". You could have him removed. They probably would have warned him first and then watched him. The limit is that they have to show their ID and only get one beer per ID. So he had to wait in line 3X to buy a very expensive beer. That's the only deterrent. But of course he could show up drunk or bootleg in some minis.
