That ticks me off to no avail. If he came out and said that there are problems and that they need to totally change their approach on everything, starting with him, I would think that he's starting to understand. But to think we are close tells me that he is so caught up in his own ego that he can't see how bad it really is. If you can't evaluate your own self and see problems, then you will never be productive in life.
