oops - woman lied about Bama player

Not necessarily...

What's more likely? The woman made up the story, scratched up her own neck, and damaged her own home....or due to backlash from irrational Alabama fans, she decided for her future and for safety she better recant the story?

He's due in court in GA Tuesday on a felony domestic violence charge from 2014. She lied about the "lie" if you ask me. Not his first rodeo in this arena.

What's most likely is that someone told her she'd be "taken care of" if she said she was lying.

This quote is why Bama should've "let the legal process run its course."

"He's happy that she recanted but unfortunately it put the university in an untenable position where they had to take action and there was only one action they could take."

Yeah, she hurt her own neck. We all know redneck Bama fans either

threatened her or her family or Paul Bryant, Jr. paid her off.

Damage has been done... Low information people will not know that she recanted her story...

Once the story has been first reported in the news, people move on and they end up not getting the whole story nor they will ever care to hear it... That's just they way people view the news....

Awful lot of "victim blaming" here. Dude had his life ruined and we're going to assume that she's being silenced. Suuuuuure

I don't think anybody is assuming anything because honestly nobody but the 2 of them knows what actually happened. Honestly it could go either way. Maybe she made it up. Maybe she's being hushed. People are going to discuss it either way.

Ummm....

Pretty sure whether she lied of not, he messed up his own life by cashing duplicate checks and the felony he is facing for domestic violence while he was at Georgia. If she lied, he may not be able to play at Alabama, but someone will take him. And as the Cowboys proved with signing Greg Hardy, if he has the talent he can still get into the NFL. Not getting to play at Alabama is not equal to messing up someone's life.

Dude had his "life ruined" the first time he decided to beat up a woman, much less the second time. Oh yeah, that check cashing thingy too. Moron.
