OT Tropical Storm Bertha hitting coastal and central SC

The National Hurricane Center forecast calls for Tropical Storm Bertha to bring heavy rainfall to portions of coastal and central South Carolina. Rainfall amounts may produce life threatening flash flooding.

Tropical Storm Bertha may bring tropical force winds to portions of the South Carolina coast within the next few hours.
