Yesterday, I received an email that apparently came from UPS with a short customer survey. Then, you are taken to a prize page where you select your prize and only pay a small shipping charge. That's where the scam comes in. I selected something that had a $4.95 shipping charge. However, I get phone alerts every time I make a credit card charge. I was charged $39.85 for a month's Balanced Meal Plan. I immediately, called my charge card and they gave me the phone number of that business. I called and received a refund. If I hadn't set up phone alerts on my cards, I may have missed it.
