For me, it was a winter day in Chicago.
I was walking down State St. and when I walked through the intersections I was hit with a blast of cold air off of Lake Michigan.
When I got to my office I noticed part of my legs were itching. I pulled up my pants leg and noticed that the area on my mid calves were frost bitten- specifically the area between the top of my socks and the bottom of my overcoat.
I grew up in Upstate New York and worked in Manhattan- so, I am familiar with cold weather and for me nothing compares to Chicago.
