Chad sat in the back of the dugout with his arms folded, looking dumb, like he

normally does, when he should have been on the top step coaching. RAY you

need to take some steps that the fans can see to improve this team or you

might be looking for another job along with your buddy Chad.

Yeah, Tanner isn't going anywhere. Chad maybe but Tanner isn't. And I seriously doubt Chad is next year. He will get a chance to fix this but it will be a short leash in my opinion.
