Pawllllllll is the Jerry Springer of football. Why would VT go after a coach that appears to have made some very bad hires. Secondly, why would Beamer want to go to a school and follow his HOF Dad. Talk about a recipe for disaster. Not happening.
Va tech is not going to take a chance on a guy with no head coaching experience .
Clemson wasn’t 2-8 and didn’t have to replace the entire staff. Not what I would call a straight up comparison..
But he now does have head coaching experience ... at our expense.
No we are only one of the few stupid enough to go that route!!!

After reading this, I find it strange on all angles that VT would hire Beamer snd Beamer would try to top what his father did at VT…

Yeah it worked so much better to hire a coach with Head Coaching experience, like Fuentes.
Plus they did end up hiring a guy with no experience. Haha. I do hope they beat tateru every year.
