It is phisware embedded in your cookies. The Verizon guy said you have to reset your cookies to get rid of it. For sure don't push the I want the free phone link.

Deleting cookies from chrome does not get rid of this malware. It also comes up when using the mobile app. It must be on the site.

It appears to be adware that Rivals has embedded in their mobile websites. Chris Clark said he reported it but not sure if Rivals will do anything about, considered it's there intentionally, for revenue.
