i bought some center cut pork loins at publix, and a couple that look like little pork porter houses. i have some marinating in maurice bessingers sauce. some in shed's spicy mustard sauce, and some in shed's spicy vinagar sauce. i am going to put them on the grill tomorrow. i will let you know how they turn out.
those center cut loins are thicker on one side than the other. is there anything i can do besides cutting them in half length ways, in order to grill them evenly?
