Running game...wish we

Had continued to give Tyson the ball more. He was in on that one drive and his running was the main spark on that drive that lead to a fg in the 2nd (even though it woulda been a TD if Jake dumps it to him wide open in the flats on 3rd and 2) but he got only 6 carries all on that drive for 26 yards. He looked like the ONLY back that had any determination running today for us. Wonder what the reasoning not giving him more touches was.

Yes. Tyson played well and ran with attitude. Our offensive philosophy is hard to figure

I thought the same thing. Ty’Son looked like he was running with a chip on his shoulder. Not sure why we went back to Dowdle. Hope he continues to run like that. There’s a lot of football left

Agreed. Gotta lose the empty backfield stuff. That might have worked at Dorman high school, but it won't work in the SEC.
