Very weak QB class this year and Howell just looks like an NFL QB . He has a quick release , makes good decisions , and puts a lot of zip on the ball . Also from all accounts he’s a tremendous leader and teammate and he’s pretty mobile for a big kid . That being said I really don’t see him as a first rounder or any other QB outside of the kid from Pitt . In my opinion he will be a Kirk Cousins , Teddy Bridgewater , Ryan Tannehill type player . Solid but nothing special . Panthers will probably draft him first considering how stupid they are .
