Georgia and South Carolina will split Spurrier's salary and Spurrier will coach at UGA.

Carolina offers Elliott to coach team for four years and Elliott will receive 1 hr weekly teleconference advice from Spurrier. Also Spurrier has agreed in principle to leave Carolina 2 stars alone and will steer additional two stars towards Carolina.
