Should have waited until the summer to get a final read on where the athletic department really is. There was no reason to do it before then.
Beamer has done well enough to secure his job for at least three more years. Paris will get at least three more years. Kingston's job will probably be saved by Lee, getting him or Lee or both more years. So at this point, does it really matter?
Whoever the next a/d is it needs to be an absolute knock it out of the ball park hire, spare no expenses kind of thing. No more good ol’ boy system promotions.
