Heard from someone last night that by not calling a BOT meeting to discuss and accept his resignation might come back on us with the accreditation issue again. He said it has to be presented to the BOT as a whole during a called meeting and not just to the Chairman. The Chairman alone can't just accept it. Anyone know if this is true?
