I can only dream of the day USC has a team close to one of either these two.
Well, I've stated more than enough times here that I'm not fond of FM.Originally posted by cockhornleghorn:

Who can resist saying what everyone is thinking as a reply to this post?Originally posted by Bigger_Stronger_Faster:

I'm just not convinced that he can build a team...especially one as down
as ours...since he's never done it before. And I'm not a fan of his
coaching style. But he's our coach, he improved our team this season and
I believe he deserves a couple of more years...and I hope he is successful.
Hope is all I have for our program right now after watching these teams advancing to the Final Four.
I'll
be elated if FM ever gets us our 1st NCAA tourney win since I was a
fiery 8 y/o...arguing with my friends on the backyard court who was
going to be Roche, Owens, Riker, Joyce, etc. But I don't know if there's a coach in
America that could get us to the S16 right now. So I have nothing but
hope for FM to succeed.

What do the fans do? They barely show up for the football game in Columbia, and completely take over the town in basketball. From what I hear, Columbia lives for UK basketball games...with the amount they spend in local restaurants/bars.Originally posted by 67gamecock:

I like Martin and I like his coaching no nonsense style. He may offend a few virgin ears but this isn't tiddleywinks.
