I don't know if this will help or not but, my streaming kept freezing up so bad that I totally stopped watching all Carolina sports online.

The error message that I kept getting was that the problem was caused by having open programs, in the background. I knew that no programs were open until, sometime after I left Comcast/Xfinity, I realized that I never closed Weather Bug completely, I only minimized it.

I now have Firestick so, I do not know if that caused the problem or not but, it's worth a shot. Make SURE all other apps and programs are totally closed. GOOD LUCK!!!
