A few quick notes here this AM....hope everyone is doing well!

2021 outside linebacker Demeioun Robinson has accumulated an impressive early offer list, and South Carolina is among them.

The 6-foot-4, 220-pounder recently spoke with GamecockCentral.com and listed the Gamecock staff in a large group of programs that are recruiting him the hardest to date.

Robinson would certainly fall into the category of one that would be a difficult pull for South Carolina, but he tells GamecockCentral.com that he’s “definitely” going to have Columbia as one of his visit stops. Assistant coach Kyle Krantz recruits the area for Carolina and has been working on Robinson.

Look for South Carolina to take a smaller group – from a numbers standpoint – of offensive linemen in the 2021 class.

One prospect with which there is significant mutual interest is Georgia’s Cedrick Nicely.

The 6-foot-5, 305-pounder attends Gainesville High in Georgia, the same program that produced December signee Makius Scott for the 2020 class. South Carolina got in early on Nicely, and we would anticipate him being back on campus in January or February.

Another 2021 prospect that should be back on campus for the Gamecocks sometime between now and the end of spring is Kentucky’s Jordan Dingle. The staff has had an offer out here, and was involved his brother Justice Dingle (current Georgia Tech DL) out of high school as well.
