Replace Satterfield and let the new OC make the call on the o line coach. If Beamer keeps Satterfield then it needs to be made clear that his job depends on how that turns out. I like Beamer and think he will be a successful head coach IF he isn't afraid to change coaches when needed, friendship or not.
