Correct. Nobody said there was a plan to attack. Absurdly stupid liberal lie that wasn't in close to be reality. There was nothing to deescalate. He just offered a heads up to China about any plans we might have to attack them even though NOBODY EVER THOUGHT that was a possibility.

There is no excuse for any military general to go out on his own and tell an enemy that he would give them a heads up before we attacked. The ONLY time it should happen is if the Commander in Chief asks for it to be done, and he did not ask him to do so.
