It looks like someone is back on their hormone blockers. 
Sure hope we can sort this thing out with China. Trump has had an almost flawless run since he took office but this situation is looking really messy. You can't fault him for trying. China has been taking advantage of our really poor leadership for a long time. I'm sure it will get sorted out one way or another.
On the flipside, it's really entertaining to see all of the lame media outlets be forced to give Trump credit. My liberal friends have now realize they were married to a party that was anything but liberal and that's been fun to watch. The stridant airheaded women in particular. 👍

The leadership supported Harris, but a lot of the rank and file left the democratic party and supported Trump. That's a big reason he swept the swing states and even won the popular votes. His refusal to support EV mandates and promise of auto tariffs won a lot of the over.
And Trump gave them the tariffs they wanted. As promised.

I saw an interview explaining this. Had to do with countries who use third parties to circumvent import rules or tarrifs.

Right, but they are not circumventing products to an island with no humans there to receive it, then ship it to the US from their country. Why no tariffs on Russia and Belarus where we have received imports? Sure looks like we are protecting them while entering trade wars with all our allies. As for russia, the sanctions have been brought up a few times to answer that question. Ive also read it's part of the peace deal bargain. Seems reasonable to me when you add both.
