It's kind of nostalgic though, don't you think?
We were picked to be one of the best last year and how did that turn out ? The predictions are not going to change how the 2015 season is going to play out. If they picked us to win the national championship does that mean we are going to win it....probably not. If they pick us to lose every game does that mean we are going to lose every game...probably not. I see nothing of value to a shot in the dark prediction based on so many unknown factors. I would rather just play the season out and get concerned or delighted on a week by week basis. Your stress level would be a little lower if you did the same.....lol.

I wish I were that confident. I think we will do well to just match the record we had last year. there are just too many unknowns at this point.
I'd love to be the team that flies under the radar and surprises everyone in a good way. We seem to be more successful when people pick us to fail.

We do have a lot of question marks going into the season and the schedule will not be easy. I still think we will be better than 11th but we will see. Predictions are a waste anyway.
Tell me exactly why u think scar will go 9-3 next year. How clan u possibly justify that? I'll be interested to hear.

Ok well I feel good about UNC, UK, UCF, vandy , the citadel and UF. Would you agree with that?That's 6 and I think we can go 3-3 with the other games.
Call me a South Carolina fan but I think there is too much to look forward and be optimistic about to next year. I'm excited to see what the new players and addition of Hoke will do for our defense as well as Mitch in his third year (first in action). I also have started to really buy into Martin. I know he can and is doing good things and upgrading to better players and continues to develop the players we have. We need a good big man, a dominate big man and we would excel. I don't know what happened after Iowa state but i thought maybe we had turned a corner then. As for baseball... I don't know the answer and I don't know where we are headed but I know one thing: If you can't the hit the baseball and score runs, then you will not win games.
We're predicted to finish 11th out of 14; however, there's no giant leap in getting past the next higher ranked 3 -4; 8-4 or 9-3 are not beyond possibility. Improved defense + a solid offense and it could happen. Believe!

I'll bet they didn't predict Miss St to climb to #1 or 2 last year either. I'd prefer to start the year in the top 20 but who cares. Win and everything else takes care of itself.

I am not sure about the number eleven rating, but I think Florida will be a lot better than number twelve. Florida will be the surprise team in the SEC this year.
The thing that cracks me up about you is that you posted above that you feel sports writers are in collusion and all "buddy buddy" with Carolina coach because they don't share your asinine opinions on the state of the Carolina baseball program, implying that our coaches get some kind of free pass as a result. Then you repeatedly violate forum rules with your weak and juvenile name calling while apparently getting a free pass from the moderators. Apparently they feel that you're beyond rehabilitation and a harmless distraction for the rest of us.
