For us, nothing really fancy; hamburgers, bocks, FF, and Cole Slaw on the side. I did forget we are having corn on the cob, homemade Blueberry Cobbler and Vanilla Ice Cream.

Got hash on the stove. And two butts on the smoker. Fired up the chainsaw earlier for the hickory chunks. Still have to make the sauce.
Smoking some baby backs, beans, tater salad, squash casserole and a pot of turnips.
Made a Gray Hash last weekend. 60 quarts.
That is a lot of hash! I will have a couple of gallons. Whatever is left over will be frozen for the next bbq meals

A work buddy of mine and me get together every so often and make a big batch. We sell most of it and I usually keep 5 quarts for my freezer.
Well, my daughter will be away. But we'll probably grill brats Sunday.

Last night my daughter told me to Google "round hotdogs". I did. How stupid. Wouldn't that be like bologna?
Last night, thick porkchops on the grill with brown rice and green peas. Tonight, filet mignon and roasted red potatoes. Sunday afternoon will be baby back ribs, baked beans, coleslaw and fresh corn on the cob. We have all sorts of cold beer for the boat rides, wine in abundance and my favorite, a vodka martini as a nightcap.
Is that the same hash that's sold at The Pig? If it is that's some good hash.
I decided on smoked chicken, smoked sausage, grilled veggies, and mashed potatoes
20lb Snake River Waygu beef brisket with homede cherry bbq sauce. Will smoke her about 15hrs.
Hamburgers and hotdogs, with potato salad, slaw, watermelon and cherry pie.
4th of July dinner at church. No cooking required. I'm probably do a little cleaning up afterwards.
I am grilling up some big nasty EXPLOSIONS! Just dropped a bill on fireworks… Technically I think you are only supposed to shoot them on the 4th in Wcola, but I only have my daughter tonight and the show must go in- hope my neighbors are not dicks!
Past few years we’ve grilled Lobsters and scallops. We celebrate the 4th up at Keowee and there is a guy that drives up to the NE and comes down to the upstate during the summer.
Gonna have the usual pool full of children and grandchildren; burgers and dogs on the grill, complimented by various sides and deserts. Gonna celebrate America.
Did hamburgers and hotdogs for Memorial. Will do ribeyes, baked potatoes, onion rings and salad for tomorrow, and also marinated chicken breast filets for club burgers later on, with corn cobs, potato salad and baked beans......
