What is the ref looking at in the little replay display on the field?

When there's a replay, the ref always goes over to this little monitor that looks like it's about 6" in size. What's he looking at on that tiny thing?

It's just a little monitor for him to look at what the replay official is looking at while they are discussing the call. Replay official still makes the call, but it allows the ref to communicate the decision better.

I was thinking that little screen can't be large enough to allow him to see anything to make a call.

Ha, yeah, thanks! I noticed them starting to use it last season, just never really thought much about it. But I thought it can't be big enough for him to make any decision.
