Who would you rather win? UNC or NC State

That was amazing to watch for NCST.

I hope we get to experience something like that tomorrow.

Holy smokes, did anyone see the ending to that game?!?!

State goes down 9pts with 2:12 remaining. They scored two TDs to win 34-30! Incredible finish!
Helluva 4th quarter. Don't really care for either team but man was I pumped!

Clemson eliminated from the ACC Championship game. That has to sting a bit. UNC all but gift-wrapped that one for NC State. Don’t care about that and personally hope Wake beats BC tomorrow to win the division. But awesome to see Clemson get eliminated in that kind of fashion.
Hope it's a sign that their rectum has polished the horseshoe too long...

Worse collapse I’ve seen in a while. I enjoyed seeing Mac on the field trying to get the players to the sideline after their last field goal. He knew they were getting high emotionally.
They got a horrible call on that roughing the passer penalty on State's last touchdown drive. But, besides that, they demolished themselves.

Down 2 scores with less than 2:20 to go, and then make 4 critical errors: (1) got beat deep, should never happen in that situation, but it does (2) fail to retrieve an insides kick (3) rough the passer (4) the interference call. Gave it away.

Are you kidding? Unless you wanted Clemson to win the ACC, again, you had to be for N.C. State. A miracle win! We won`t complain about the roughing the passer now will we? For you youngsters, we got jobbed by the refs up there many moons ago. But all I know is I wanted N.C. State badly - thanks Wolfpack! I never pull for UNC unless it adversely affects Clemson and it`s still hard to do. Don`t know if I`d rather N.C. State or Wake Forest win though.

I was at that game with my cousin who lived in Raleigh and was an NCSU fan and even he agreed we got hosed. The final 2 minutes was the worst officiating I have ever witnessed and that includes "the push off." Aside from some atrocious calls against us and adding time on the clock so they could have one last play, there was pass into the end zone by State in which the official threw a flag on the receiver for a blatant offensive pass interference. Once he realized that would cost State the game he promptly just picked up the flag and they all hurriedly ran off the field. Pathetic! Wish they could have both lost tonight....

The roughing the passer call was correct. UNC player tried to do the belly flop on the QB play. The hit itself wasn't a penalty, but the flop afterwards was the issue.

"Forcibly driving the passer to the ground and landing on him with action that punishes the player."

Exactly. You could also make the argument for contact above the shoulders. The defenders helmet was under/into the QBs chin.

I believe that, had the QB been hit a tenth-second sooner while he had the ball, the same contact would not have drawn a personal foul penalty. That was a picky call. It certainly wouldn't have been deemed late contact the vast majority of the time. Again - my opinion.

That was a great college football game to watch!!! Tough to be a Tar Heel these days. Hopefully UNC and USC and play in a bowl game, I've seen some projections for it already, with no opt-outs.
