Anybody surprised? Louisville plays basketball in the ACC, don't they? Someone in their legal department shoulda told 'em, 'If you're gonna cheat in the ACC, first get a clearance from the Godfather of Cheat in the conference, Tar Hole U'.

Louisville thought it was going to be 'cheatin' as usual' of which they had done quite well over the years. UH-uh, ya gotta do it the way 'the guys' want it done when you're in the ACC family. It's THEIR neighborhood.
