He looks like a beast, but why is he attending private school? Playing in a private school league ain't exactly the best competition. He would develop more as a player if he were at a 4A public school. Any kid his size should stand out in a private school league.

I presume he is attending Spartanburg Day School because it is the best school available. Outstanding school, facility and probably better academic environment than public schools, although public schools in Spartanburg may be pretty good.

Playing in private school is more competitive than playing in public school. Not enough big kids to play against. They also play in the chick fil a classic which is one of the top high school tournaments.
