Wasn't it a boneheaded move to issue refunds on the Marshall tickets instead of letting those tickets apply to the Akron game? We all know the vast majority of tickets for games like Marshall or Akron are bought as part of a season package. When you A) make people buy tickets specifically for that game, and b) play it after getting beat by Clemson, it's not too surprising that sales are flat.
