I’ll continue to update and will add thoughts/observations at the end.
Defense 1st Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 8 yards. Enagbare gets sealed inside by the TE. Johnson comes down to set the edge. Roderick takes a bad angle when filling. Staley gets off the pulling RG block and makes the tackle along with Johnson.
Play 2 - Incomplete pass. Auburn’s OT cut our DEs. Platel quickly closed on WR and caused the incompletion.
Play 3 - Run for 5 yards. Pickens singled by LG and held his ground. Johnson shed the C block and made the tackle along with Roderick. Staley blitzed backside, but the run didn’t go his way. Would have been a first down with the 2 yard gain, but Tank drove the pile another 3 yards.
On a side note to this play. It was a late sub, but Kaba subbed into the spot that would have been the Nickel, giving us 3 LBs. We’ll end up seeing that the rest of the game in obvious run formations.
Play 4 - Incomplete pass. Not much pressure on QB, but ball was overthrown.
Play 5 - Run for 1 yard. Right before the snap, Enagbare slid inside, leaving outside contain as Roderick’s responsibility. Enagbare beat the LT and made the tackle.
Play 6 - Offsides
Play 7 - Incomplete pass. We bring 6 on the blitz. OTs cut our DEs again. Platel could have been called for a PI, but the ball wasn’t catchable and it looked like the WR may have slipped, so I’m assuming that’s why there wasn’t a flag.
Offense 1st Drive:
Play 1 - Incomplete pass. 3 WR set. Deep ball intended for Vann, who almost caught it. Auburn blitzed 6. Blitz was picked up initially, but didn’t hold for long. JB did a nice job rolling out and managed to throw a good ball despite not squaring up or setting his feet.
Play 2 - Run for no gain by White. Neither Douglas (C) or Gwyn (RG) got a good block on the DT, who made the tackle. Muse (TE) pushed into the backfield by the DE who assisted in the tackle.
Play 3 - Sack for 3 yard loss. JB does the 7 step drop while in Shotgun. DEs lined up wide and went after him. Nichols (LT) got chip help from White (RB), but Wannamaker (RT) had no chance at that angle.
Defense 2nd Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 1 yard. Pickens doubled, but does a great job not giving up much. Pickens made the tackle along with Enagbare.
Play 2 - Pass for 8 yards. Quick pass out to WR who was uncovered. Roderick came down to push him out of bounds. Some type of mix up by our D there, but not sure what it was as the cameraman was zoomed in on Finley. I think that was Johnson’s responsibility though.
Play 3 - Run for 8 yards. Pickens initially whipped the C, but over-pursed it as Tank cut underneath him. RG drove Ellis 4 yards up the field. Burch shed the TE and made the tackle along with Foster.
Play 4 - Run for 5 yards. Kaba does a fantastic job of setting the edge and then getting off the pulling TE block to make the tackle, along with Burch. Tank just isn’t easy to bring down.
Play 5 - Pass for 18 yards. Play-action. Johnson comes on the blitz, which is picked up. No pressure on QB. Platel gets turned around on the route and QB makes a nice easy throw.
Play 6 - Pass for 10 Yard TD. Play-action. Kaba covering slot and gets sucked in by the PA giving himself no chance at recovery. Foster can’t come down quick enough and WR powers through Smith’s tackle at goal line.
Offense 2nd Drive:
Play 1 - Run for no gain by White. 2 WR set. S lined up in the box, came free to slow up the play for no gain. If not for that, the play probably would have been a big gain. Gwyn (RG) blocked DT. Wannamaker (RT) went to LB. Kenion (TE) kicked out DE. Muse (TE) kicked out the CB.
Play 2 - Pass to Vann for 19 yards. 3 WR set. Auburn blitzed 6 leaving them in man coverage. Vann with a slant and stutter step at the top of the route to freeze the CB. Nice job getting YAC as we’ve all come to expect from him.
Play 3 - Run for 7 yards by Harris. Wildcat with White and A.Brown also in backfield. Same counter play that has been so successful for us recently. OL blocked down. Lee (LG) pulled and kicked out the end. Muse (TE) pulled through the gap and blocked the LB. Gwyn (RG) doubled the DT and then worked to backside LB.
Play 4 - Run by Harris for 16 yards. 2 WR set. Looked like an inside run, but the S who came down acting as a LB, dove inside, giving up outside contain. Muse (TE) got enough of the DE to hook him inside. Harris bounced it outside.
Play 5 - Interception. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Play-action. JB does the 7 step drop again, but moved up into the pocket really well and actually threw a nice ball. The S was going to have to make a decision to help on either Bell or Vann and unfortunately for us, picked right on Vann. Bell was a little delayed getting into his route because he and Muse ran into each other at the LOS. I suspect Bell would have been further away from Vann in the intended route, had the confusion not happened, making it a tougher read for the S. As far as the OL, Auburn brought 5. Harris (RB) helped Wannamaker (RT) with one DE. The other DE dropped into coverage and the CB came on the blitz. Nichols (LT) saw the CB and got just enough of a hand on him to allow JB to move into the pocket.
Defense 3rd Drive:
Play 1 - Incomplete pass. Play-action. Staley came on the blitz but was picked up. Sterling hit QB right after release. Roderick on the coverage.
Play 2 - Pass for 14 yards. Looked like an RPO. QB placed the ball perfectly for the WR - as Smith was all over him and couldn’t have covered it any better.
Play 3 - Run for 3 yards. Huntley doubled out the play by C and RG. LG and LT initially double Webb, but once the LG worked up to Staley, Webb shed the LT and made the tackle along with Johnson.
Play 4 - Pass for 28 yards. Strachan got pancaked by the RT. LT gets away with a blatant hold on Burch. Kaba missed the open field tackle. Foster and Dial made the tackle.
Play 5 - Run for 1 yard. QB kept on the option run. Enagbare had QB in the backfield, but couldn’t bring him down. Roderick made the tackle.
Play 6 - Run for 8 yards. TE got just enough of a block on Enagbare to give Tank the edge. Johnson and Dial got crossed up on each other, but Johnson helped push Tank out of bounds.
Play 7 - Run for 7 yard TD. Sterling squeezed. Johnson came down to take on the pulling TE. Roderick couldn’t quite get the angle he needed on Tank.
Offense 3rd Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 3 yards by White. 2 WR set. Joyner at QB and had the option to pull the ball. OL blocked down. Gwyn (RG) pulled and blocked the DE. Muse (TE) pulled and blocked the LB. Nichols (LT) released to the LB, but couldn’t sustain that block as the LB made the tackle.
Play 2 - Shovel pass to Joyner for 13 yards. 3 WR set. Joyner went in motion. White (RB) came up and did a nice job sealing the DE. Kenion (TE) kicked out the S who came into the box. Wannamaker (RT) and Douglas (C) released and got just enough of the LBs. Rest of OL blocked down. Leggette (WR) blocked the CB, who looked like he wanted no part of the play anyway.
Play 3 - Sacked for 7 yard loss. 3 WR set. Looked like we were setting up a screen to White, which would have been a big gainer as Auburn blitzed 6, but JB wasn’t even looking in the right direction. Some type of miscommunication in that play call.
Play 4 - Sacked for 2 yard loss. Gwyn (RG) couldn’t pick up the blitzing LB. Wannamaker (RT) got beat by the DE. JB tried to step up into the pocket and then scramble, but Auburn D was swarming to the ball at that point.
END OF 1st QUARTER
Play 5 - Pass to Muse for 15 yards. 3 WR set. Muse sat in the middle of the field, broke 1 tackle and then got some YAC. OL and RB gave a good pocket against 4 rushing. Nichols (LT) was almost beat, but JB did a nice job climbing into the pocket.
Defense 4th Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 3 yards. Pickens and Ellis singled and didn’t give up much ground. RT went to Staley. Sterling beat the TE block and made the tackle.
Play 2 - Run for 2 yards. Pickens initially doubled, but still pushed into the backfield. Staley came clean and made the tackle along with Roderick.
Play 3 - Run for 8 yards. QB almost sacked by Pickens, Ellis, and Sterling, but managed to scramble away. Staley and Ellis made the tackle.
Play 4 - Incomplete Pass. Staley may have tipped it. Rush on the coverage.
Play 5 - Pass for 5 yards. Swing pass to WR. Kaba took on the double team from the TEs. Dial made the tackle.
Play 6 - Incomplete pass. Webb couldn’t get the sack. Staley came up and drilled the QB as he was throwing. Foster on the coverage.
Offense 4th Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 6 yards by Harris. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Looked like just man on man power. Douglas (C) went to the LB. Kenion (TE) drove the DE 5 yards upfield. Muse (TE) hooked the LB. Lee (LG) ended up losing the block on the DT who made the tackle.
Play 2 - Run for 4 yards by Harris. Looked like the same play.
Play 3 - Run for no gain by Harris. 3 WR set. Counter. OL blocked down. Lee (LG) and Muse (TE) pulled. DT came free to make the tackle as Nichols (LT) blocked the wrong direction.
Play 4 - Pass to Vann for 12 yards. Looked like the same play that was run earlier in the game with Vann running the slant out of the slot.
Play 5 - Run for 8 yards by Harris. 2 WR, 2 TE set. OL blocked down. Bell (TE) pulled but didn’t block anyone. Nichols (LT) lost his block, but Harris ran through the tackle. Harris then drug a defender for a few yards.
Play 6 - Run by Harris for 3 yards. 2 WR, 2 TE set. OL blocked down. Harris picked a spot and hit it.
Play 7 - Run for 5 yards by Joyner. Wildcat. Lloyd and Juju in backfield with Joyner. OL blocked down. Douglas (C) went to backside LB. Muse (TE) went to play side LB, but didn’t block him.
Play 8 - Run for no gain by Juju. Same formation. Counter play. OL blocked down. Lee (LG) and Muse (TE) pulled. Wannamaker (RT) bounced right off the DT, who made the tackle.
Play 9 - Run for 3 yards by White. WR, 2 TE. OL blocked down. Douglas (C) released to LB. Muse (TE) released to LB.
Play 10 - Pass to White for 28 yard TD. Well designed play. Pre-snap motion and then misdirection at the snap. Muse ran a natural pick on the S and then it became a foot race.
Defense 5th Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 7 yards. Huntley initially doubled and driven back. When the RG released to Johnson, Huntley was able to get off the block of RT and make the tackle.
Play 2 - Run for 10 yards. Huntley and Hemingway doubled. Burch and Kaba couldn’t get off the blocks on the edge. Burch chased play down and made the tackle with Foster.
Play 3 - Pass for 6 yards. Looked like an RPO. Platel couldn’t get off the block to make the tackle. Staley missed the open field tackle. Burch chased the WR down for the tackle.
Play 4 - Pass for 4 yard loss. Swing pass to WR. Kaba quickly identified the play and made the tackle.
Play 5 - Pass for 7 yards. Rush immediately made the tackle on the catch. Enagbare with a little pressure.
Play 6 - Incomplete pass. Really well played by the defense. Dial was step for step with the WR in coverage. No one was open.
Offense 5th Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 8 yards by White. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Run was blocked to go inside, but White bounced it out. Broke one tackle and then kept a defender at bay for several more yards.
Play 2 - Run for 9 yards by White. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Douglas (C) released to the LB. Vann (WR) sealed the S who came down into the box. CB cut down White.
Play 3 - Run for 2 yard loss by Joyner. Wildcat. OL blocked down. This time we pulled Nichols (LT) and Lee (LG). Gwyn (RG) and Wannamaker (RT) didn’t get good blocks on DL and it was their DL that made the tackle.
Play 4 - Run for 17 yards by White. 3 WR set. OL blocked down. Lee (LG) pulled and blocked the DE. Muse (TE) pulled and blocked the LB. Douglas sealed the DT. White broke the S tackle. The OL then helped push the pile forward a few more yards.
Play 5 - Run for 2 yards by White. 2 WR, 2 TE set. White shuffled and then hit the hole hard. Gwyn (RG) released to LB.
Play 6 - 3 yard TD pass to Trai Jones. Play-action roll out. Nothing fancy here. You see this play at nearly every level of football, but nice job by Jones hanging onto the ball. Also, nice job by JB for taking a little bit off the pass and throwing Jones a catchable ball.
Defense 6th Drive:
Play 1 - Penalty on Enagbare. (Supposedly)
Play 2 - Run for 9 yards. QB scramble. Enagbare and Pickens with the pressure. Johnson pushed QB out of bounds.
Play 3 - Pass for 24 yards. Ellis got pressure but QB moved around in pocket and found Tank. Tank made Staley miss. Roderick and Pickens with the tackle. Roderick got away with a facemask.
HALFTIME
Offense 6th Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 6 yards by White. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Douglass (C) released to LB. White shuffled and allowed a hole to open up.
Play 2 - Run for 2 yards by White. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Not much push by OL, so White pushed forward to get what he could.
Play 3 - Run for no gain by White. Bell (TE) in the backfield with White. Bell slipped out to the flat at snap and Auburn didn’t account for him. Assuming JB had the option to pull the ball and hit bell, would have been a nice gain.
Defense 7th Drive:
Play 1 - Incomplete pass. Looked like an RPO. QB threw the ball low.
Play 2 - Pass for 7 yards. Similar play, different personnel. Roderick pushed WR out of bounds.
Play 3 - Run for 6 yards and facemask penalty. Sweep to the RB, but OL was also setting it up as a reverse. Enagbare got sealed off. Johnson made the tackle with the facemask.
Play 4 - Incomplete pass. Kaba and Staley blitzed. Kaba hit QB as he was throwing. Foster knocked the ball away in coverage.
Play 5 - Run for 29 yards. Ellis and Pickens doubled. Staley and Johnson got caught up in the wash as an OL from the doubles released to them. Enagbare tried to set the edge against the TE, but Tank cut around him. Roderick took a bad angle on the fill. Tank eventually stepped out of bounds.
Play 6 - Run for no gain. Ellis beat the initial block by the C and then beat the RG block to meet Tank in the backfield. Spaulding and Enagbare assisted on the tackle.
Play 7 - Incomplete pass and penalty on Auburn. Burch with pressure. Spaulding on the coverage.
Play 8 - Pass for 2 yards. Enagbare hit QB as he was throwing. Johnson immediately tackled RB.
Play 9 - Pass for 10 yards. Swing pass to RB. Johnson missed the tackle. Spaulding shed the WR block and made the tackle.
Offense 7th Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 1 yard loss by White. 2 TE, 2 WR set. Counter. Gwyn (RG) and Muse (TE) pull. Gwyn goes to LB. Muse can’t make it to DE, who makes the tackle in backfield.
Play 2 - Pass for 40 yards to White. 2 TE, 2 WR set. RB screen. Muse (TE) released to LB. Wannamaker (RT) released to DE who dropped into coverage. White cut across the field and eventually was knocked out of bounds by the CB.
Play 3 - Run for 8 yards by Vann and penalty on Auburn. Play fake to White and reverse to Vann. Not sure if it was intentional, but Wannamaker (RT) allowed the DE free release and Wannamaker went to second level but didn’t block anyone. Muse about took the S head off. Probably should have been a penalty. Instead it was a penalty on Auburn on the tackle.
Play 4 - Pass for 1 yard to White. 3 TE set. Kinda funny watching Trai Jones out there running routes.
Play 5 - Run for 2 yards by Harris. 3 TE set. OL blocked down. Harris hit the hole when it opened.
Play 6 - Pass to Vann for 7 yard TD. 3 WR set. Nice play design. Looked like Vann and Joyner were initially blocking before their release. A bit of a pick by Joyner. Rollout by JB who hit Vann on the out.
Defense 8th Drive
Play 1 - Run for 3 yards. Johnson came down to take on both blocks of the RG and RB. Roderick made the tackle.
Play 2 - Pass for 8 yards. WR was able to get some separation from Dial on the curl route. Enagbare with the pressure. Dial on the tackle.
Play 3 - Incomplete pass. Dial on the coverage and broke up the pass.
Play 4 - Run for 9 yards. RT initially doubled Ellis, then worked up to Johnson. Tank tossed Roderick aside. Foster and Johnson made the tackle.
Play 5 - Run for 2 yards. QB just pushed the pile forward and fell down.
Play 6 - Run for 23 yards. RG and C pulled. RT blocked down on Ellis. TE blocked down on Enagbare who crashed inside. RG blocked blitzing Dial. C got a piece of Johnson. Tank shoved aside Roderick’s tackle attempt. Foster pushed Tank out of bounds.
Play 7 - Run for 2 yards. Ellis took on the double team long enough to allow Roderick to fill. Roderick made the tackle assisted by Ellis.
Play 8 - Incomplete pass. Rush on the coverage.
Play 9 - Sacked for 8 yard loss. Johnson and Roderick came on the blitz. Johnson was first to reach QB and Strachan assisted.
Play 10 - Pass complete for 18 yards. No pressure on QB and he threw a strike to his WR. Dial a step behind, but still almost made the play. Dial on the tackle.
Play 11 - Run for 11 yards. Inside zone. Defense actually had every gap covered initially, but Huntley was forced out by RT. Roderick couldn’t reach Tank. Foster made the tackle.
Play 12 - Run for 2 yards. Same play blocked opposite direction. Sterling squeezed. Staley filled and made the tackle assisted by Kaba.
END OF 3rd QUARTER
Play 13 - Loss of 4 yards. Fumbled snap.
Play 14 - Incomplete pass. Ball thrown behind WR. Rush on the coverage.
Offense 8th Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 6 yards by White. Bunch set. Gwyn (RG) and Muse (TE) double LB. Leggette (WR) turns out CB. Bell (TE) gets pushed into the backfield by DE, but that in essence gets the job done for him.
Play 2 - Run for 33 yards by White. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Wannamaker (RT) is able to turn out LB who was on the edge. White was patient and cut the run back through that huge hole.
Play 3 - Run for 1 yard by White. 3 WR set. Lee (LG) and Muse (TE) pulled. Douglass (C) lost his block on the DT who made the tackle. Nichols (LT) looked like he was pass blocking.
Play 4 - Incomplete pass. Pass intended for Brown. Looked like Brown took his eyes off the ball and was instead looking at the defender. JB had a clean pocket.
Play 5 - Sack for loss of 4 yards. JB stepped up into the pocket, but no where to throw the ball.
Defense 9th Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 13 yards. Ellis shed the C block and met Tank at LOS but couldn’t bring him down. Foster hung on and got drug for about 10 yards before Enagbare and Pickens assisted on the tackle.
Play 2 - Run for 8 yards. Sterling pancaked by LT. Ellis initially doubled. RT then worked to Johnson. C worked up to Staley. Foster made the tackle.
Play 3 - Run for 4 yards. Same play, blocked opposite direction. Staley made the tackle assisted by Pickens.
Play 4 - Incomplete pass. QB overthrew WR. Foster on the blitz and hit QB right after release.
Play 5 - Run for 3 yards. Webb shed the C block and made the tackle along with Kaba and Staley.
Play 6 - Incomplete pass. Platel on the coverage and knocked the pass down.

Play 2 - Pass for 20 yards to Leggette. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Pocket was rolled for JB. Hit Leggette who made a leaping catch and came down with it. Leggette was able to get behind CB and stay in front of S. Nice throw by JB as he had a man in his face.
Play 3 - Incomplete pass. 3 WR set. Intended for EJ, but overthrown.
Play 4 - Run for 6 yards by White. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Nothing going inside, so White bounced it out.
Play 5 - Run for 3 yards by JB. 3 WR set. JB dropped to throw, but no one open, so he scrambled.

Play 1 - Pass for 28 yards. Play-action. Enagbare with the pressure. Rush on the coverage and tackle.
Play 2 - Run for 2 yards. Reverse. Enagbare played it perfectly. Squeezed, squared up, and kept outside contain.

Play 1 - Run for no gain by White. 2 WR set. S lined up in the box, came free to slow up the play for no gain. If not for that, the play probably would have been a big gain. Gwyn (RG) blocked DT. Wannamaker (RT) went to LB. Kenion (TE) kicked out DE. Muse (TE) kicked out the CB.
Play 2 - Pass to Vann for 19 yards. 3 WR set. Auburn blitzed 6 leaving them in man coverage. Vann with a slant and stutter step at the top of the route to freeze the CB. Nice job getting YAC as we’ve all come to expect from him.
Play 3 - Run for 7 yards by Harris. Wildcat with White and A.Brown also in backfield. Same counter play that has been so successful for us recently. OL blocked down. Lee (LG) pulled and kicked out the end. Muse (TE) pulled through the gap and blocked the LB. Gwyn (RG) doubled the DT and then worked to backside LB.
Play 4 - Run by Harris for 16 yards. 2 WR set. Looked like an inside run, but the S who came down acting as a LB, dove inside, giving up outside contain. Muse (TE) got enough of the DE to hook him inside. Harris bounced it outside.
Play 5 - Interception. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Play-action. JB does the 7 step drop again, but moved up into the pocket really well and actually threw a nice ball. The S was going to have to make a decision to help on either Bell or Vann and unfortunately for us, picked right on Vann. Bell was a little delayed getting into his route because he and Muse ran into each other at the LOS. I suspect Bell would have been further away from Vann in the intended route, had the confusion not happened, making it a tougher read for the S. As far as the OL, Auburn brought 5. Harris (RB) helped Wannamaker (RT) with one DE. The other DE dropped into coverage and the CB came on the blitz. Nichols (LT) saw the CB and got just enough of a hand on him to allow JB to move into the pocket.
Defense 3rd Drive:
Play 1 - Incomplete pass. Play-action. Staley came on the blitz but was picked up. Sterling hit QB right after release. Roderick on the coverage.
Play 2 - Pass for 14 yards. Looked like an RPO. QB placed the ball perfectly for the WR - as Smith was all over him and couldn’t have covered it any better.
Play 3 - Run for 3 yards. Huntley doubled out the play by C and RG. LG and LT initially double Webb, but once the LG worked up to Staley, Webb shed the LT and made the tackle along with Johnson.
Play 4 - Pass for 28 yards. Strachan got pancaked by the RT. LT gets away with a blatant hold on Burch. Kaba missed the open field tackle. Foster and Dial made the tackle.
Play 5 - Run for 1 yard. QB kept on the option run. Enagbare had QB in the backfield, but couldn’t bring him down. Roderick made the tackle.
Play 6 - Run for 8 yards. TE got just enough of a block on Enagbare to give Tank the edge. Johnson and Dial got crossed up on each other, but Johnson helped push Tank out of bounds.
Play 7 - Run for 7 yard TD. Sterling squeezed. Johnson came down to take on the pulling TE. Roderick couldn’t quite get the angle he needed on Tank.
Offense 3rd Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 3 yards by White. 2 WR set. Joyner at QB and had the option to pull the ball. OL blocked down. Gwyn (RG) pulled and blocked the DE. Muse (TE) pulled and blocked the LB. Nichols (LT) released to the LB, but couldn’t sustain that block as the LB made the tackle.
Play 2 - Shovel pass to Joyner for 13 yards. 3 WR set. Joyner went in motion. White (RB) came up and did a nice job sealing the DE. Kenion (TE) kicked out the S who came into the box. Wannamaker (RT) and Douglas (C) released and got just enough of the LBs. Rest of OL blocked down. Leggette (WR) blocked the CB, who looked like he wanted no part of the play anyway.
Play 3 - Sacked for 7 yard loss. 3 WR set. Looked like we were setting up a screen to White, which would have been a big gainer as Auburn blitzed 6, but JB wasn’t even looking in the right direction. Some type of miscommunication in that play call.
Play 4 - Sacked for 2 yard loss. Gwyn (RG) couldn’t pick up the blitzing LB. Wannamaker (RT) got beat by the DE. JB tried to step up into the pocket and then scramble, but Auburn D was swarming to the ball at that point.
END OF 1st QUARTER
Play 5 - Pass to Muse for 15 yards. 3 WR set. Muse sat in the middle of the field, broke 1 tackle and then got some YAC. OL and RB gave a good pocket against 4 rushing. Nichols (LT) was almost beat, but JB did a nice job climbing into the pocket.
Defense 4th Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 3 yards. Pickens and Ellis singled and didn’t give up much ground. RT went to Staley. Sterling beat the TE block and made the tackle.
Play 2 - Run for 2 yards. Pickens initially doubled, but still pushed into the backfield. Staley came clean and made the tackle along with Roderick.
Play 3 - Run for 8 yards. QB almost sacked by Pickens, Ellis, and Sterling, but managed to scramble away. Staley and Ellis made the tackle.
Play 4 - Incomplete Pass. Staley may have tipped it. Rush on the coverage.
Play 5 - Pass for 5 yards. Swing pass to WR. Kaba took on the double team from the TEs. Dial made the tackle.
Play 6 - Incomplete pass. Webb couldn’t get the sack. Staley came up and drilled the QB as he was throwing. Foster on the coverage.

Play 1 - Run for 6 yards by Harris. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Looked like just man on man power. Douglas (C) went to the LB. Kenion (TE) drove the DE 5 yards upfield. Muse (TE) hooked the LB. Lee (LG) ended up losing the block on the DT who made the tackle.
Play 2 - Run for 4 yards by Harris. Looked like the same play.
Play 3 - Run for no gain by Harris. 3 WR set. Counter. OL blocked down. Lee (LG) and Muse (TE) pulled. DT came free to make the tackle as Nichols (LT) blocked the wrong direction.
Play 4 - Pass to Vann for 12 yards. Looked like the same play that was run earlier in the game with Vann running the slant out of the slot.
Play 5 - Run for 8 yards by Harris. 2 WR, 2 TE set. OL blocked down. Bell (TE) pulled but didn’t block anyone. Nichols (LT) lost his block, but Harris ran through the tackle. Harris then drug a defender for a few yards.
Play 6 - Run by Harris for 3 yards. 2 WR, 2 TE set. OL blocked down. Harris picked a spot and hit it.
Play 7 - Run for 5 yards by Joyner. Wildcat. Lloyd and Juju in backfield with Joyner. OL blocked down. Douglas (C) went to backside LB. Muse (TE) went to play side LB, but didn’t block him.
Play 8 - Run for no gain by Juju. Same formation. Counter play. OL blocked down. Lee (LG) and Muse (TE) pulled. Wannamaker (RT) bounced right off the DT, who made the tackle.
Play 9 - Run for 3 yards by White. WR, 2 TE. OL blocked down. Douglas (C) released to LB. Muse (TE) released to LB.
Play 10 - Pass to White for 28 yard TD. Well designed play. Pre-snap motion and then misdirection at the snap. Muse ran a natural pick on the S and then it became a foot race.
Defense 5th Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 7 yards. Huntley initially doubled and driven back. When the RG released to Johnson, Huntley was able to get off the block of RT and make the tackle.
Play 2 - Run for 10 yards. Huntley and Hemingway doubled. Burch and Kaba couldn’t get off the blocks on the edge. Burch chased play down and made the tackle with Foster.
Play 3 - Pass for 6 yards. Looked like an RPO. Platel couldn’t get off the block to make the tackle. Staley missed the open field tackle. Burch chased the WR down for the tackle.
Play 4 - Pass for 4 yard loss. Swing pass to WR. Kaba quickly identified the play and made the tackle.
Play 5 - Pass for 7 yards. Rush immediately made the tackle on the catch. Enagbare with a little pressure.
Play 6 - Incomplete pass. Really well played by the defense. Dial was step for step with the WR in coverage. No one was open.
Offense 5th Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 8 yards by White. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Run was blocked to go inside, but White bounced it out. Broke one tackle and then kept a defender at bay for several more yards.
Play 2 - Run for 9 yards by White. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Douglas (C) released to the LB. Vann (WR) sealed the S who came down into the box. CB cut down White.
Play 3 - Run for 2 yard loss by Joyner. Wildcat. OL blocked down. This time we pulled Nichols (LT) and Lee (LG). Gwyn (RG) and Wannamaker (RT) didn’t get good blocks on DL and it was their DL that made the tackle.
Play 4 - Run for 17 yards by White. 3 WR set. OL blocked down. Lee (LG) pulled and blocked the DE. Muse (TE) pulled and blocked the LB. Douglas sealed the DT. White broke the S tackle. The OL then helped push the pile forward a few more yards.
Play 5 - Run for 2 yards by White. 2 WR, 2 TE set. White shuffled and then hit the hole hard. Gwyn (RG) released to LB.
Play 6 - 3 yard TD pass to Trai Jones. Play-action roll out. Nothing fancy here. You see this play at nearly every level of football, but nice job by Jones hanging onto the ball. Also, nice job by JB for taking a little bit off the pass and throwing Jones a catchable ball.
Defense 6th Drive:
Play 1 - Penalty on Enagbare. (Supposedly)
Play 2 - Run for 9 yards. QB scramble. Enagbare and Pickens with the pressure. Johnson pushed QB out of bounds.
Play 3 - Pass for 24 yards. Ellis got pressure but QB moved around in pocket and found Tank. Tank made Staley miss. Roderick and Pickens with the tackle. Roderick got away with a facemask.

Offense 6th Drive:
Play 1 - Run for 6 yards by White. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Douglass (C) released to LB. White shuffled and allowed a hole to open up.
Play 2 - Run for 2 yards by White. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Not much push by OL, so White pushed forward to get what he could.
Play 3 - Run for no gain by White. Bell (TE) in the backfield with White. Bell slipped out to the flat at snap and Auburn didn’t account for him. Assuming JB had the option to pull the ball and hit bell, would have been a nice gain.
Defense 7th Drive:
Play 1 - Incomplete pass. Looked like an RPO. QB threw the ball low.
Play 2 - Pass for 7 yards. Similar play, different personnel. Roderick pushed WR out of bounds.
Play 3 - Run for 6 yards and facemask penalty. Sweep to the RB, but OL was also setting it up as a reverse. Enagbare got sealed off. Johnson made the tackle with the facemask.
Play 4 - Incomplete pass. Kaba and Staley blitzed. Kaba hit QB as he was throwing. Foster knocked the ball away in coverage.
Play 5 - Run for 29 yards. Ellis and Pickens doubled. Staley and Johnson got caught up in the wash as an OL from the doubles released to them. Enagbare tried to set the edge against the TE, but Tank cut around him. Roderick took a bad angle on the fill. Tank eventually stepped out of bounds.
Play 6 - Run for no gain. Ellis beat the initial block by the C and then beat the RG block to meet Tank in the backfield. Spaulding and Enagbare assisted on the tackle.
Play 7 - Incomplete pass and penalty on Auburn. Burch with pressure. Spaulding on the coverage.
Play 8 - Pass for 2 yards. Enagbare hit QB as he was throwing. Johnson immediately tackled RB.

Play 2 - Pass for 40 yards to White. 2 TE, 2 WR set. RB screen. Muse (TE) released to LB. Wannamaker (RT) released to DE who dropped into coverage. White cut across the field and eventually was knocked out of bounds by the CB.
Play 3 - Run for 8 yards by Vann and penalty on Auburn. Play fake to White and reverse to Vann. Not sure if it was intentional, but Wannamaker (RT) allowed the DE free release and Wannamaker went to second level but didn’t block anyone. Muse about took the S head off. Probably should have been a penalty. Instead it was a penalty on Auburn on the tackle.
Play 4 - Pass for 1 yard to White. 3 TE set. Kinda funny watching Trai Jones out there running routes.
Play 5 - Run for 2 yards by Harris. 3 TE set. OL blocked down. Harris hit the hole when it opened.
Play 6 - Pass to Vann for 7 yard TD. 3 WR set. Nice play design. Looked like Vann and Joyner were initially blocking before their release. A bit of a pick by Joyner. Rollout by JB who hit Vann on the out.

Play 2 - Run for 33 yards by White. 2 WR, 2 TE set. Wannamaker (RT) is able to turn out LB who was on the edge. White was patient and cut the run back through that huge hole.
Play 3 - Run for 1 yard by White. 3 WR set. Lee (LG) and Muse (TE) pulled. Douglass (C) lost his block on the DT who made the tackle. Nichols (LT) looked like he was pass blocking.
Play 4 - Incomplete pass. Pass intended for Brown. Looked like Brown took his eyes off the ball and was instead looking at the defender. JB had a clean pocket.
Play 5 - Sack for loss of 4 yards. JB stepped up into the pocket, but no where to throw the ball.

Play 1 - Run for 13 yards. Ellis shed the C block and met Tank at LOS but couldn’t bring him down. Foster hung on and got drug for about 10 yards before Enagbare and Pickens assisted on the tackle.
