'Gamecocks aren't ranked in the D1 Baseball top 25 or top 25 recruited classes. Chances of breaking through are slim if one believes the rankings of our SEC opponents. It is hard for me to believe this team might not even reach .500 but the D1 writers know their stuff. I am excited to finally be allowed back into the ballpark after almost two years of Covid banishment. I can't wait for chicken on a stick. I want to see exciting baseball and great plays. I refuse to believe we are not a top 25 team..
