Narcos
Narcos Mexico
El Chapo
Queen of the South
In that order.
Is El Chapo part 3 of Narcos? And is it released?
LOVED the first two.

You are describing my brother to a tee.he is 61,they don’t have internet at home except on his wife and daughter cell,he still has a flip phone.has a old computer that has windows me on it.They don’t cut it on no more far as I know.he has had no need for modern technology.they do have dish network but he watches mostly on an outside antenna.Living the simple life I guess.he asks me to look for something on Amazon to order once in a blue moon.he said he doesn’t need any of that stuff.I get what you’re saying about Johnny though. It's not even about flip phones, but his complete unfamiliarty with the internet, or even the concept of the internet at first. But it's a decent show. I like where they are heading into season 3.
Handmaid's Tale was too heavy for me. I like gritty and dark shows, but I can't watch people get abused and mistreated raped and maimed but for so long before I'm out. There has to be something like a light at the end of the tunnel somewhere. Same with Walking Dead and Game of Thrones. When it's all misery and doom and gloom all the time, it's hard for me to get into it.Broadchurch
The Leftovers
The Sinner (season 1)
On Becoming a God in Central Florida
Mr. Mercedes
Top of the Lake
Berlin Station
The Handmaid's Tale
Most of these are fairly dark, but well worth the time investment.

Understandable. Handmaids Tale is not a fun watch. The dystopian future is diffucult to get thru at times (you're 100% right). I never got into TWD so I can't comment on iGoT was very good until season 7, and thn season 8 happened & it just all went to shít. D&D were terrible at writing a script when there was no book for them to follow.Handmaid's Tale was too heavy for me. Just started "bloodline" pretty good so far..
I watched a couple of episodes and then lost interest. It's been cancelled now so I doubt I will finish the season.I just started "Away" and so far so good. The technology involved in producing this film is mind boggling to me. It all seems so realistic. The characters do a good job for the most part but I can see where the story line might get bogged down a bit as the episodes unfold. We shall see....
On Netflix
For the Yellowstone fans.
Paramount Network is rebranding — but don't worry, 'Yellowstone' fans
Paramount Network is becoming the Paramount Movie Network. Here's why 'Yellowstone' might never look the same, and it may be a good thing.ew.com
I wondered about that myself. The last season was so screwed up I couldn't tell what was real or imagined. The first two seasons were mostly great.I really enjoyed that, but if you haven't finished it, be forwarned. It ended abruptly. So much so that I Googled it to see what the issue was. Turns out, Fla Keys cut off tax incentives so they cut it short.
Both of those are excellent. Two others that are very similar are Queen of the South (female run Cartel) and Bad Blood (Canadian mafia show based on real life)Since the pandemic thing started, I’ve watched, Narcos and Narcos: Mexico.
Currently watching Mindhunter and Master of None for the funny (he’s from South Carolina).
I recommend all.
I saw that as well...the next season starts in January. If you like the Karate Kid movies you'll like this.I enjoyed Cobra Kai that follows the current day happenings with the Karate Kid and Johnny
Is there any way to watch earlier seasons of yellowstone? All I can find are the most recent 2 or 3 episodesCannot recommend Hannibal enough. While no one will ever top Sir Anthony Hopkins as Dr. Hannibal Lecter, Mads Mikelson is really good. Also I like Laurence Fishburne as Jack Crawford SO much better than either Scott Glen (SOTL), Dennis Farina (Manhunter), and Harvey Keitel (Red Dragon).
Last Kingdom
Vikings
Plenty of killing and sex in both of those.
Oh yeah...and there's this one called Game Of Thrones.
Ozark is AMAZING!
Yellowstone just started season 3 on Paramount.
YOU is a crazy wild twist on stalking gone too far.
I thoroughly enjoyed Norsemen on Netfix, a parody on a viking village where the Vikings are portayed with 21st century sensitivies. Thought I was hilarious. Some suggestive scenes but otherwise family friendly.So...with no sports in the horizon what's a good series to watch. I just finished Outlander and Sense 8. FYI, I like killing and sex type shows so keep that in mind.
been watching it, Try The last Kingdom if you like this..I thoroughly enjoyed Norsemen on Netfix, a parody on a viking village where the Vikings are portayed with 21st century sensitivies. Thought I was hilarious. Some suggestive scenes but otherwise family friendly.
A Peacock membership ($4.99/month) and you can watch them all.Is there any way to watch earlier seasons of yellowstone? All I can find are the most recent 2 or 3 episodes
What controversy? The 1st two episodes of the mandalorian S2 is interesting.episode 2 has caused a lot of controversy but I see nothing wrong with it.
