For years, I watched as one of the best athletes on our team, Tanner McEvoy, rode the pine while Steve Spurrier tried to recreate Danny Wuerffel. It was one of the greatest travesties of justice of the last 200 years.

Give credit where it's due: Boom is getting Dak Joyner onto the field in order to maximize the talent on our roster. Say what you want, but that's a refreshing change of pace.

McEvoy wasn't willing to switch positions at South Carolina, if I remember correctly. Correct me if I'm wrong! I believe he transferred because he wanted to be a QB, and when he got to Wisconsin and didn't win that job, he decided it was best to switch positions. I'm pretty sure Spurrier would have put him on the field at WR or Safety if McEvoy would have done it.

He transferred before the '12 season....Connor had 2 yrs left, Dylan 3. He was a project at QB that we thought we might could develop.

Troll post.....do your research. McEvoy transferred before he ever dressed out. He was on the depth chart behind Connor and Dylan.
Do your research, sir. TM went on to make an NFL roster at WR/TE. He should have been doing that for us.

He played ONE play against UNC. He got considerably more playing time against CSU but we were also up by a lot too. Let’s wait and see how much he plays in close games or against teams we aren’t up big on first.
