There is no indication that he was going to be good let alone great in either sport without concentrating on one specific sport.
If he made the real tough decision it would have been to focus on one sport to see how it worked out before he transferred. Nunez played much better as frosh than BMAC who was the starter as true freshman and lost that role to Bentley. Nunez basically was thrown to the wolves against Miizzou and was battered one of the pass rushing lines in CFB that year and never recovered from injuries the rest of the year. Roper & Boom move Nunez to WR which never panned out to give BMAC the clear shot as starting QB. Spoiled, entitlied rich kid than pouts when he can't even whiff a sub role on baseball team so he decides to book up. Wish him the best though as maybe he play one or both better at a non P5 level but not shedding any tears over this. Boom & Roper ought to man up and get Nunez back @ QB as he is still on campus.
