Yeah, hopefully not the same crew as the LSU game. I read somewhere that 4 of the 6 guys on that crew were officiating their first college game when we played LSU. Wouldn't you know.

Maybe their first SEC game. It takes a lot of experience just to be considered as a SEC referee. I have a good friend spent 10 years as a referee of college football and he told me it is almost as hard to get on a SEC crew as the NFL crews. Makes you wonder how they can mess up so bad so many times. Got to be the $$$$.

Yes, you're right. First SEC game I meant. Thanks for the correction. They're going to get regular game experience before reffing an SEC game.
