Winning is 40 % coaching and 60% emotion and it's up the coach to get them motivated.

I agree for the most part. However, there are a few games that if you need to be motivated for there is a problem. Conference games, rivalries, and bowl games I’d like to think fall under those categories.

Are you kidding me? Have you seen how we play our rbs? If Tysons hot we immediately yank him. If Denson is hot, same thing. This offense is a joke. Ropers gone so theres 3 people to blame. I thought it was Roper. I was wrong.

Don't forget mind set. If the players aren't focused and confident they will not win.

That comes from coaches too. Think Saban don’t have his guys focused every week? Think Saban would have gave team a day off of practice after giving up 700 yds to ole miss. ? Hell no. We would have prepared another day we might not have chit the bed vs Florida
