I “personally “ expect more. This program was back to back national champs and on the verge of Dynasty talk. So I EXPECT much more!!
I really don’t think the University cares about its baseball program at all. They should’ve hired Landon Powell instead of bringing a retired guy back into action. What top player wants to play for an old retired guy??
You maybe right but I don’t know. We invested more money in baseball coaching staff than ever before, Maneri about $1.2mm and Lee one of the highest paid assistants.
I tend to think it was a gross miscalculation by Tanner. Not well thought out and terrible error in judgement. He became enamored with Maneri’s past when the landscape is very different. Hope Donati gets it right. I so desire to have a top level program again
