No one said he was dumb. Hiring the right people and putting them in a position to succeed is a sign of extraordinary leadership. I don't think Dabo would aay he is the best X and Os guy. He knows how to run the corporation though.

Not sure that is teachable....more like a gut instinct. I think he coaches like a fan would and doesn't even look at statistics, percentages, etc.. I doubt whether he has that little NFL card that tells him when to go for 2 pts.

that is a typo. Look again and look at the chart. It has him 12-25, not 12-15. Link below:
